Meta Analytics

Meta Analytics gives you visibility into how your catalog is performing across Meta platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger, and Threads. To see analytics, you would first need to submit content via Symphonic to Meta.

This dashboard tracks views of content using your music, whether it’s been chosen from the Audio Library or detected through fingerprinting user-generated content (UGC). The Meta Analytics dashboard helps Symphonic clients clearly see how their content performs across Meta’s ecosystem, distinguishing between UGC and Audio Library sources. It’s built for clarity, transparency, and early insight into how your music connects with audiences worldwide.

To view Meta Analytics, navigate to Analytics Meta on your SymphonicMS dashboard.

You can use the date range selector to choose a reporting period. The default range is set to the past 7 days of reported data.

You’ll see your Meta Views Dashboard broken down by:

  • Total views
  • Instagram views
  • Facebook views
  • WhatsApp views
  • Messenger views
  • Threads views

Dashboard Overview

At the top of the page, a stacked bar chart displays total views by day for your selected date range.

  • Dark Blue: Audio Library (selected by creators within Meta’s in-app music library)
  • Light Blue: Fingerprinted (UGC automatically matched via content recognition)

Filtering Options

The Overview Chart can be filtered by platform and date range. To filter by the individual social media platforms, click on the tabs above the chart. Hovering over any bar shows a tooltip with a detailed breakdown by platform, source, and date.

Filters can be combined for granular drill-downs. All cards and charts update dynamically as you apply filters.

If no data matches your filters, you’ll see a No Data message suggesting you adjust your filters.
