StreamSafe Overview

StreamSafe is part of the Symphonic Analytics toolkit, designed to help you spot any artificial streaming activity reported by Digital Service Providers (DSPs). It’s updated monthly based on reports we get from DSPs, giving you a way to track and manage flagged artificial streams of your music.
The data provided is what Symphonic received from DSPs.

Viewing Tracks Flagged for Artificial Streaming

StreamSafe updates every month with the latest information from DSPs.

  • Select a month from the dropdown menu.
  • The page will show tracks flagged by DSPs for that month.
  • Click on a DSP to see which tracks have been flagged.
    • You’ll see a list of tracks with artificial stream counts and the percentage of streams affected.
    • If no artificial streams were reported, you’ll see No Tracks Found.
    • If a DSP hasn’t submitted their report yet, you’ll see Report Pending under that DSP’s name.
