Voided transactions are songs that individuals choose not to buy, return and/or are fraudulent transactions that were not valid to begin with.
From a quarterly report standpoint, retailers may show these on every statement and they automatically deducted from payments to record label partners and shown with a minus next to the NET to label amount
If you look on your report, you will see that it will either say "Sale" for anything that is an actual dollar amount or "Void" for anything that is a deduction, store refund, etc.
For daily sales, we may receive negatives (negatives being a dollar amount of -1.29 or so), and that also stands for a void or voided transaction.
