N/A means that there is no data available for that corresponding field. This may occur frequently as not all providers provide data or the same amount of data that others provide.
For example, catalog numbers are typically found in EDM based platforms but not necessarily in mainstream providers. Often times we may even not receive a label or artist name reported but, will receive a UPC or ISRC.
We use this information to match up the sales or streaming data to your account to ensure proper payment. If there isn't a match but there is a label or artist name reported then the sales and streaming revenue is located under Unmatched Sales for you to be able to match up the data to an existing track, release, and/or create an entirely new royalty record.
