Your artist ID is a unique number that Symphonic assigns to every artist and contributor on your account. You may be asked for it when you contact our support team or submit a request, so it helps to know where to find it. Follow the steps below to locate the artist ID for any artist in your catalog.
Navigate to your Artist Roster
Log in to your Symphonic account. From the top navigation bar, click Catalog ► Artists. This opens a page that lists all of the artists and contributors (e.g., songwriters, producers, etc.) on your account.
Open the artist's profile
Find the artist you're looking for by scrolling the list or by typing their name into the search bar. Click the artist's name to open their profile page.
Find the ID in the address bar
Once the artist's profile is open, look at your browser's address bar (the URL at the top of the page). It will look like this:
https://www.symphonicms.com/artist/id/973251256
The number at the very end of the URL, after /artist/id/, is the artist ID. In the example above, the artist ID is 973251256.
