Changing or Adding Label Names and Accounts

To locate your label name or see the labels listed on your account, navigate to the Account badge ► Labels

Changing your Label Name:

You're welcome to edit your label name if you don't have any live releases on DSPs yet. Once a release is live, the label name field will no longer be editable. To change your label name, click on the label you wish to edit, update your name, and save!

If the label name field is uneditable, you can add an additional label to your account. If your plan permits extra labels, you can use the following instructions to add a new label to your account.

Adding a new label

If you're looking to add another label to your account, follow the below steps:

  1. Log in to your account via the SymphonicMS
  2. Go to Account badge ► Labels
  3. Click the + New Label button

This will allow you to submit an application for the new label to be added to your account. Please keep in mind all requests of this nature are subject to review. Additionally, Start plans do not allow additional labels. If you are on a Starter plan and want to use a different label name, please consider creating a separate account using the following instructions.

Additional/Separate accounts

If you wish to have an additional account with us separate from your current account, you're welcome to apply for one. However, it will be subject to approval. We can set your email login to have access to both accounts. Each separate account has its own individual thresholds and will not share content between both.
