When does Symphonic deliver content?

We deliver content to partners 24/7, every day.

Once your release is approved, it begins delivering to DSPs (partners) right away. Each partner then processes the release on their end, and processing times can vary depending on the platform.

Because of this, we strongly recommend that you:

  • Double-check that your release is 100% accurate before submission.
  • Allow enough lead time between your submission date and your planned live date.

How to Check Your Delivery Status

Once your release has been approved, you can easily track its delivery to each partner directly in your dashboard.

  1. Go to your release
    • Go to Catalog Releases
    • Open the release you want to check
  2. Navigate to Release Availability
    • This section shows where your release has been sent
  3. Review partner delivery details
    • You’ll see a list of all DSPs (partners)
    • Each partner will display:
      • Status (e.g., Delivered)
      • Delivery Date & Time

 

Important Notes

  • Delivery to partners happens shortly after approval, but store availability may vary
  • Even after delivery, it can take additional time for DSPs (like Spotify or Apple Music) to make your release live
