How it works - step-by-step

On your SymphonicMS dashboard, navigate to Catalog ► Master Your Track or click here. 

1. Upload Your Track: Upload your final unmastered mix directly in the mastering tool. 
2. Processing: The AI analyzes and processes your track right away. 
3. Preview Your Master: Listen to the mastered version and compare it with your original mix. 
4. Download or Purchase: If you’re happy with the result, you can download the mastered master after purchase. 

Tips for best results

Before uploading a track:

• Make sure your mix does not peak above 0 dBFS. 
• Remove mastering limiters or plugins from the main output in your mix session. 
• Try uploading different mix versions. If you’re not satisfied with one master, small mix adjustments and re-uploads can yield better results. 

How to use your purchased Master?

Once you’ve downloaded your mastered file:

1. Create a New Release in Symphonic’s release builder. 
2. Upload the Mastered File as the audio source for your release. 
3. If replacing a previously released track with a mastered version, click here for instructions on editing your release. 

FAQs

Is mastering included in my Symphonic plan?

No, mastering is not included in your existing Symphonic plan. Each master is purchased separately.

How much does it cost? 

• Free Preview: Upload and preview as many mastered tracks as you like at no cost. 
• $5 per Master: If you choose to download the full master, a purchase is required. 

Payments are handled by Masterchannel, and charges will appear accordingly on your statement. 

I paid, but I didn't receive the mastered song by email. What should I do?

Purchased masters are automatically emailed with a download link. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder. If it’s still missing, contact support at symphonic-support@masterchannel.ai.
