EIN or SSN is not validating or matching

Within the Payment & Tax Details, several prompts may come up to validate the information you are entering. You may encounter some issues, so if you're having trouble validating your tax details or receiving errors because of your USA EIN or SSN, please ensure the following is correct:

  • Enter your EIN or SSN without dashes.
  • Ensure your name and email match what you've entered in Step 1 of your payment details.
  • If you've selected Company, enter the Business Name on the top line and leave the second line blank
