Unsatisfied/Refunds for Mastering

If you are not pleased with your completed project, we’ll go ahead and redo it again, one time per song free of charge and based on your suggestions.

We also cannot process any refunds and our redo / refund policy is written below of which we encourage you to potentially send us a small sample to ensure you are pleased.

Everyone has different expectations and we hope that you do consider the advice and the product we provide, considering we’ve delivered thousands of completed masters to many artists of various genres.
