Symphonic makes it super easy for clients to register their releases with Luminate through the SymphonicMS platform.

The fee for Symphonic to register your album is $30 per album submission. This covers registration of your albums UPC as well as all of its underly ISRCs (tracks). This fee is non-refundable and is a convenience charge from Symphonic.

Registering your Album with Luminate through SMS

1. Navigate to the Client Offerings page in the Market dropdown menu

2. Click “Take me there” on the Luminate card

3. Here you’ll see a list of eligible releases to register with Luminate. Only submitted and approved releases are eligible for Luminate registration. Click “Register” on the release you’d like to register.

4. You’ll then be taken to a separate page to complete your purchase.
   • 
5. Once checkout is complete, you’ll be taken back to your list of releases and will see “Pending” by the release if it is not yet approved, or “Registered” if it has already been approved.

6. And that’s it! We’ll finalize registration with Luminate for you and let you know if we need anything else.

Note: Payments are made to Symphonic for the registration service as a convenience fee and not paid to Luminate directly. Luminate is an independent company, formerly operated by Nielsen SoundScan.
