Luminate Album Registration

Symphonic makes it simple for clients to register their releases with Luminate through your SymphonicMS dashboard.

The fee for Symphonic to register your album is $30 per album submission. This covers registration of your album's UPC as well as all of its underlying ISRCs (tracks). This fee is non-refundable and is a convenience charge from Symphonic.

Registering your Album with Luminate through SMS

1. In your account, navigate to Marketing  ► Luminate Registration.

   

2. Here you’ll see a list of eligible releases to register with Luminate. Only submitted and approved releases are eligible for Luminate registration. Click Register on the release you’d like to register.
3. You’ll then be taken to a separate page to complete your purchase.
4. Once checkout is complete, you’ll be taken back to your list of releases and will see Pending by the release if it is not yet approved, or Registered if it has already been approved.

Note: Payments are made to Symphonic for the registration service as a convenience fee and not paid to Luminate directly. Luminate is an independent company, formerly operated by Nielsen SoundScan.
