As a company, we're always looking to improve. One of these areas is to improve the security and efficiency of the system. With that said, we've updated our login process to the SymphonicMS to focus on email addresses instead of usernames.
How to log in?
Enter your email address associated with your SymphonicMS user profile (the same email you receive our updates to) and your current password to log in.
If you're having any trouble, please use the Forgot Password function found on the SymphonicMS login screen to receive password reset instructions.
If you're not receiving the password reset email, your user profile may have an outdated email address associated with your account. If you're not sure of the email or need to change the email address, please create a request.
Why is this changing?
We have some exciting features coming up that will work a lot better with email-based logins. We promise you will really dig where we're going with this!
