Duplicated Releases on SymphonicMS

If you notice any releases that are duplicated, please read the following notice. This issue is only affecting those that see duplicate releases and is a minor issue already being rectified.

Our team discovered that some ISRC codes assigned via our dashboard were defective. We were able to identify these and there should be little to no disturbance with your products and there is no action required on your end.

We’ve taken all the necessary steps to have this rectified and have already begun the process of updating any releases with defective codes.

In order to fix the issue, we've re-created specific releases and labeled the catalogue with a -R so you can identify the duplicates. We've distributed the releases and taken down the defective ones. The replacement releases will have a new catalog number, UPC, and ISRC codes, plus we have documented every step to make sure that all royalty reporting is normal
