Closing your account

We are sorry that you feel you have to close your account and/or that you need to for other reasons. If you are inquiring about this, please create a ticket via this Help Desk. In addition, we encourage you to review our cancellation terms and conditions before submitting a request.

Our representatives will review your request and get in touch with you as soon as possible. If your request is approved, we will not require you to submit any additional information and will proceed according to the cancellation terms and conditions. If your request is denied, we will advise and can communicate the next steps.

Note: If approved, this process will takedown all content and terminate the account, the takedowns are irreversible.
