On occasion, we may place your release On Hold.
This typically means that there was an issue with the release, and our team could not approve it. Sometimes this may be due to the requested changes not being made on a release or suspect anything wrong with the release from a proof ownership standpoint. You can make the requested changes by selecting Cancel Submission.
Please be sure to check your email and the SymphonicMS regularly in regards to this. Look for an email that starts with Release on HOLD.
Once you make your changes, go ahead and re-submit this release and respond directly to the On Hold email. The release will remain on hold until our team reviews the changes.
