At times you may want to change the username listed on your account. Follow the below steps to request this:
- Login to the SymphonicMS
- Navigate to Account ►Your Details
- Select 'Request Change' next to your username.
Label Name Change
At this time, we can only accommodate Label Name changes if there are no releases on that given label. If there are, we cannot change it as it can affect royalty reporting. We recommend you begin a new label brand and you can do so by applying for a new account at www.symdistro.com. If you wish to have the same email address let you access both, that can be accommodated with a Help Desk Request.
