You would still need to sign onto our Publishing Administration service in order to get this additional revenue. Being a a distribution client will not collect the royalties from a PRO. The service is open to songwriters only. From a record label standpoint the same applies for Neighboring Rights as that service is currently only open for record labels to get additional royalties in a somewhat similar field.
